Can I use it like a normal folder on my computer?
Yes. The desktop app adds a CogWiz folder that behaves like any other folder. Anything you put in it syncs to the platform and to your other devices.
What happens if someone deletes a file by mistake?
Deleted files go to a trash folder first, and earlier versions are kept, so most mistakes can be undone by the person who made them. Nightly backups add a further safety net.
Can clients upload files to us?
Yes. You can create a share link that lets someone outside your company drop files into a folder without seeing anything else.
